These terms cover the use of this site. Each service you instruct is governed by its own agreement, given to you in writing before you pay anything.
We run the process: gathering documents, appointments, filings, follow-up, and coordinating the professionals a case needs.
We are not a law firm and not an accountancy practice. Where a lawyer, notary, accountant or engineer is required, they do the work and they sign it.
Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice.
No permit, approval or number is issued by us — it is issued by a Greek authority, on its own criteria and its own schedule.
The timescales shown are estimates drawn from real cases, not commitments.
Nobody can promise an outcome. We promise the file will be complete, correctly filed, and filed on time.
The prices you see are our fee. Government charges and third-party fees are passed through at cost and shown separately.
Card payments go through our payment processor. We neither see nor store your card number.
On cases billed in stages, nothing is charged before you agree that stage.
You can ask to cancel from your account. Anything not already paid to third parties or spent is refunded.
The owner is responsible for the accuracy of what they declare. We check what can be checked, and say so when something cannot be confirmed.
No listing is published without the owner's consent, and no change an owner requests is applied without confirming it by telephone.
The text, photographs and design belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Photographs of a property remain the owner's, who licenses us to show them while the listing is live.
Liability clauses, governing law and jurisdiction are to be completed by our legal adviser.
