When you buy a property through us, this is what we charge — and what it covers.
Our fee as your buying agent
- Up to €1,000,000
- 5%
- On the part of the price above €1,000,000
- 3%
Plus 24% VAT. The fee is stepped on the final price: the lower rate applies only to the part of the price above €1,000,000.
What it includes
- Viewings, in person or as a live video walk-through.
- The title check, by our own lawyers.
- The price negotiation, and coordination through to the signing at the notary.
- Paid to the notary on the day of the purchase — not before, and nothing at all if you do not buy.
- No minimum fee.
- No advance payment.
- Agreed in writing before we start, and it does not change along the way.
- If you found the property yourself and only need our residence-permit service, there is no agency fee.
