2. We check it, then buy it
Title and planning checks, the price negotiation, the notary and the transfer, coordinated by us alongside an independent lawyer.
3. Your residency
Once the property is yours we file the Golden Visa, book the biometrics and handle every appointment after it.
Our fee as your buying agent is 2% of the price plus VAT, paid to the notary on the day of the purchase — not before, and not at all if you do not buy. Where the property is one of ours, the seller has a separate agreement with us and pays their own side.
